Please contact us by phone or email within fifteen (15) days from the date you received your item. To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused, in the original package, and in the same condition that you received it. Please provide a copy of your receipt, or proof of purchase, when you contact us.
Some items are not eligible for return and/or refund. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed by us to do so.
Return & Refunds of Defective products (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven (7) days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund in two (2) weeks of your approval, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take up to thirty (30) days before your refund is posted depending on your credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
To return your product, please contact us, and we will provide you with a return authorization number and the return shipping address.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once your returned item is received and accepted we will add the cost of return shipping to your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We can not issue a refund with receiving the returned item in the condition you received it in.
